Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data processed inside the CRM Flow Meta review environment.

How to request deletion

1. Use the form below to register a deletion request (optional identifiers help us match the account).
2. Alternatively, open the dashboard and choose “Delete stored review data” for immediate removal of OAuth data in this database.

What data will be deleted

• Meta user profile fields stored after OAuth.
• Encrypted OAuth tokens.
• Facebook Page records (Messenger), Instagram Business Account records, and WhatsApp Business Account / phone number records linked to the review user.
• Webhook payloads retained for validation.

Expected processing timeframe

Immediate deletion is available through the dashboard action. Submitted requests are acknowledged instantly with a confirmation code; manual follow-up, if ever required, should finish within 30 days.
