How this app uses Meta permissions

  • instagram_basic — Read Instagram Business profile identifiers and display fields linked to a Facebook Page so reviewers can confirm the correct IG account.
  • instagram_manage_messages — Required for Instagram Direct messaging in CRM Flow; webhooks for IG message events are stored here for review verification.
  • pages_messaging — Send and receive Messenger conversations on connected Facebook Pages (Messenger is represented via Page connections, not a separate table).
  • whatsapp_business_management — List WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) owned by the business so the dashboard can show connected WhatsApp assets.
  • whatsapp_business_messaging — Access WhatsApp phone numbers and message webhooks used by CRM Flow for WhatsApp inbox features.
  • pages_show_list — Enumerate Facebook Pages the user can manage, which is the entry point for Messenger channel setup.

Access tokens are never returned to the browser; they are stored encrypted server-side for Graph API reads during OAuth and review.
